Omega-3 fatty acids can lower your cholesterol and reduce your risk of coronary heart disease (a build-up of plaque that can result in a heart attack). They must be consumed in food or supplements. If you rely on food for your omega-3, be sure to eat fish, lamb, nuts or other foods that contains this fatty acid twice a week.

Fish Oil concentrate 1,000mg, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 300mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 200mg.

Other ingredients: softgel (gelatin, glycerin and water), Vitamin E, modified cellulose and triethyl citrate

Take 1 softgel capsule daily with food. If you have trouble burping up fish oil you can put them in the freezer. This does not destroy their effectiveness.

Omega-3s can become rancid if oxidized before eaten. This can be prevented through refrigeration.
